I'm Lukas, a family man and host with heart and soul. Cycling and mountain biking are my passion. Accordingly, I spend every free minute on my road- or mountain bike. On Tuesdays, I accompany my guests on their road bike routes, and Wednesdays, I show them our most beautiful corners on the mountain bike.

For 20 years now I have been into health and exercise. I am a trained Shiatsu practitioner, Pilates instructor, Aquagym instructor and now also a bike guide. I have been,,on two wheels" since childhood and then discovered mountain biking as my sport. I am always fascinated by the beautiful areas you can explore on a bike. I love to challenge myself on exciting trails as well as to ride relaxed panoramic tours.

February/March Most mountain bike tours up to 1000 m are already possible.
April In the valley the apple trees are in full bloom and in sunny locations you can cycle up to 1600 m.
May It's gettng warm with comfortable early summer temperatures, ideal for tours up to about 1900 m.
June Mountain bike tours up to the highest mountain in the Mendelkamm range, Roen (2100 m) are now possible.

July In the warmest month of the year, you can perfectly combine biking and swimming
August From mid-August onwards, the days get a little cooler, and you can really enjoy summer on your bike.
September The leaves begin to change colour, and South Tyrol shows its lively side, a biking season for gourmets begins.
October On sunny days, you can still ride in shorts, but it is still advisable to take warm clothes in your backpack.
November/December As long as the temperatures don’t drop too low, you can still stay fit by biking to your heart’s content.
